Bowling for Soup- My Wena

I have always been a fan of Bowling for Soup, and this song is freaking hilarious! Mad props to any girl who wears a "wena" costume for Halloween.

Michael Jackson's Hair Burning

It may be sad to say, but I thoroughly enjoyed this video. The fire extinguisher bit is priceless.

Roller Coaster Bra Test

This one is for the fellas. What is better than riding a roller coaster? Watching babes in underwear test their bras while riding a roller coaster at Alton Towers in England.

There's plenty of ups and downs in this video. This a great video with an excellent "supporting" cast.

Comfort Wipes

Here is a commercial for you to enjoy. And yes, it is a real product.

What is the need for this type of a product?! Are we seriously this lazy? Also, what is up with the woman in the middle of the video saying she doesn't want to be a burden to loved ones? Does anyone else have someone wipe for them? I cannot believe a product like this has been made, and defintely do not plan on buying one.

Linkin Park- New Divide

Check out the new Linkin Park song which will be a part of the Transformers 2 Soundtrack. On my first listen, I didn't like it too much. However, the second time I listened, I began to like it. I can see this song growing on me quickly. What do you think?

Madina Lake- Attics to Eden

Check out this band Madina Lake. They are set to release their second album called Attics to Eden. I hadn't really heard of them before "Never Take Us Alive" hit the airwaves (linked above), but they really are catching on me. I really like their sound, energy, and lyrics. For example, I'm really digging the song "Not for This World." The lyrics are as follows:

I saw a man walk from the trees
He came and sat next to me
He said, "Boy, if you don't follow your dreams,
You'll be dead someday. Just like me."
Then he got up and walked away
And I started to think.
He turned around, I saw his face
And I looked deep in his eyes,
And I realized that man was me.

Those lyrics are awesome and really are words to live by. Give them a listen.

Burger King Commercial- I Like Square Butts

I thought this video was hilarious to begin with, but when I found out that it was for a BK kids meal, I totally lost it? Did we really just put liking a female's square butt in a commercial for a kids meal? Gotta love this country. Oh, and I have phone book implants.

And as my boy Adam pointed out, if you eat at BK, the burger is going to go right to your ass. So the commercial is appropriate.

Incubus- Black Heart Intertia

I just came across the new Incubus single. Incubus is releasing a greatest hits and compilation album called Monuments and Melodies. It will be a 2-disc set, the first of which is mostly comprised of their hits and the second of which includes b-sides and cut tracks from albums. Look for the album to drop June 16, 2009.

Throwback Song: SR-71- Right Now

I feel SR-71's "Right Now" is a song that can be played whenever and has withstood the test of time. Since being released in 2000, it has received a tremendous amount of air play and is located on several soundtracks. I have been waiting a long time for Mitch Allan's solo project to come out, which should include most, if not all, of the members of SR-71.

Street Sweeper- The Oath

Tom Morello, formerly of Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave, has teamed up with Boots Riley from The Coup to form Street Sweeper. Embedded above is "The Oath," which definitely has my heart rate going faster. I found out about Street Sweet from the newly announced Nine Inch Nails/Jane's Addiction tour (cleverly named NIN|JA). Go to the NIN|JA website to download the tour sampler, which includes "The Oath" and an even better song in my opinion titled "Clap for the Killers." I cannot wait to hear more from this band. An album is supposed to be released sometime in 2009. Also note that the sampler has two new Nine Inch Nails songs on it, plus two previously released Jane's Addiction songs.
