I feel SR-71's "Right Now" is a song that can be played whenever and has withstood the test of time. Since being released in 2000, it has received a tremendous amount of air play and is located on several soundtracks. I have been waiting a long time for Mitch Allan's solo project to come out, which should include most, if not all, of the members of SR-71.

The Flys- Got You Where I Want You
This week's throwback song is The Flys' "Got You Where I Want You." Great song highlighting Katie Holmes before she went on the Cruise ship. Get it?

The Verve Pipe- The Freshmen
Throwback song of the week goes to "The Freshmen" by The Verve Pipe. I'm pretty sure this was a class song for most people during one of their freshman years. Enjoy!

Mighty Mighty Bosstones- The Impression That I Get
Throwback song of the week is The Mighty Mighty Bosstones "The Impression That I Get". I remember being in middle school when this song came out and totally rocking out. It changed my impression of music and is a totally fun song. This is one of the reasons I really began to love music.

Nada Surf- Popular
So I'm going to start a new theme: throwback song. I'm going to wrack my brain (once a day or once a week, I'm not sure yet) and come up with a song that is from the 90's era that is off the wall, but "popular" at some point. So fittingly, I am starting with Nada Surf's "Popular" for the first song. Enjoy!
