Another beer I ordered at
Mountain Sun Brewery in Boulder was the Isadore Java Porter. The beer pours a dark brown color with a frothy beige colored head. The aroma consists of fresh coffee, espresso, java, chocolate, vanilla, and caramel. The taste is bold with freshly brewed coffee, java, chocolate, and a toasted malt base. There is a touch of vanilla and caramel on the finish. The alcohol content is 6.0% ABV. The amount of coffee that was present in this beer was amazing and it tasted freshly brewed. Lots of coffee-related also surfaced on a solid chocolate base with the perfect amount of vanilla on the finish.
