Hangar 24 Local Fields Essence Double IPA
I received a bottle of Hangar 24 Local Fields Essence Double IPA in a beer trade with Beer Club 4 Men. The beer pours a golden color with a frothy white colored head. The aroma consists of tangerine, orange, blood orange, and grapefruit. The taste is fruity and dry with a light caramel base. Oranges, blood oranges, tangerine, and grapefruit. The finish has a light pepper and spruce finish. The alcohol content is 8.5% ABV. This was a great Double IPA that substituted the citrus hops with actual citrus fruits, making it refreshing and excellent taste.
