Boulder Mojo Risin' Double IPA
While at Al’s of Hampden, I ordered a glass of Boulder Mojo Risin’ Double IPA on nitro. The beer pours a golden color with a frothy white head. This beer was poured with nitrogen, so lots of foam accompanied the pour and it settled similar to watching a Guinness. The aroma consisted of lemon and pine. The taste was creamy but smooth with lots of lemon and pine flavor. The alcohol content is 10.5% ABV. The Mojo Risin’ had a wonderful citrus flavor and was very smooth, most likely due to the nitro pour. If you love lemon flavors, this could be the beer for you.
