I picked up a bottle of Long Trail Hibernator from D's Six Pax and Dogz. The beer has an amber color with a thin white filmy head. The smell consists of sweet malts. The taste is lightly spicy on the front and has a smooth malty flavor in the middle. It finishes with a light dry hop finish. The alcohol content is 5.6% ABV. I thought this was a nicely put together beer and it goes nicely with a winter night, but it has enough hops to make you think of summer.

I thought this was a nicely put together beer and it goes nicely with a winter night, but it has enough hops to make you think of summer.
