Beckham Effects

My main impression with Beckham going to AC Milan is that Mathieu Flamini really screwed up leaving Arsenal for Milan. Against Roma, Flamini was brought on the field in the 89th minute as a substitute for Beckham. If he wants playing time, staying at Arsenal would have been the better move for him. Now he is a substitute for a 3-month loan player who is 33 years old. Probably not the best move on his part.

Soccer Saturday

I hate the new Liverpool kit.  This kit says absolutely nothing about Liverpool that is familiar. Why did they go to the teal color?  I would rather see yellow attached with the "Reds".  I hope this is a one run jersey.

Thank you Arsenal for winning.  I know I need to thank them every week since winning this year has not been easy.  I'm really hoping that when Eduardo comes back, he provides them with a spark.  Also, if Rosicky gets healthy, that would benefit as well.
