Pizza Boy Brewing West Shore IPA

I picked up a growler Pizza Boy Brewing West Shore IPA from Al’s of Hampden. The beer pours a golden color with a lofty and frothy white colored head. The aroma consists of tangerine, orange, grapefruit, lemon, passion fruit, pine, grass, and caramel. The taste is light bodied but has a cornucopia of citrus and bitter flavors including tangerine, grapefruit, passion fruit, and lemon. There is a spicy pepper and grassy finish with pine and a funky and dank after taste that lingers on the back of the tongue. The alcohol content is 6.5% ABV. This was a wonderful IPA with plenty of bitter citrus flavors that pound the tongue and leave a nice dank flavor behind. I will definitely be ordering this beer again and again when I am at Al’s.
